The below list is still a work in progress, but it is working, I have tried it for a handful of games, and it does have advantages compared to other control decks available in format
Depending on the type, each set will normally have its own theme, either based around a particular fictional setting in the lore, or perhaps tailored to one particular mode of play, like the Commander or Modern formats
In white, you rarely get card draw for free
If you use this card in your deck, I don't think I would put three energy cards on this card to do only 30 damage a turn, I would only use Bubble and save those other two energy cards for some of my other Pokemon
