Its presence here seems to be due entirely to the Pokmons popularity, in a set with little else to attract collectors whore only familiar with the first couple generations
This makes all "tutors" extremely risky to cast, with this effect possessing the capability of shutting numerous lands that are sacrificed to find lands of that player's choice
