For surge foil showcase Ring cards, we took the 10 uncommons (50%), 14 rares (11.7%), and 6 mythic rares (2.5%) that can be found in the summer release and gave them the surge foil treatment
This one is a high costed Eldrazi that can be discounted by using the Emerge mechanic, but compared to Kozilek, the ability just doesn't stack up
There have been times where Standard tribal decks have been extremely pushed (Goblins in Onslaught , Faeries in Lorywn ), but lately it has been quite the opposite
The problem is that there were five of them, and all five had extremely limited uses
